Provide graphic support in all areas of IPTAY. Responsibilities include personalized material for major gift solicitation, annual IPTAY membership guide, other publications and one-off collateral materials. Plan and design initiatives relative to specific annual campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, ticketing and parking operations to ensure consistency in messaging across important donor communications. Support athletic communication efforts to disseminate key fan information via department channels. Be an ambassador for IPTAY in all athletic department interactions.
+ FY 2020 recap
The 2020 fiscal year for IPTAY concluded with 17,438 donors, $38.6M dollars in Annual Giving and 2,804 new IPTAY donors. The 2020 membership rate also grew within the IPTAY youth programs: IPTAY Cub Club (birth-12) finished with 2,009 members, IPTAY Collegiate Club 8,196 members and IPTAY YA! with 1,094 members.

+ IPTAY strategic plan
IPTAY partnered with the firm Collegiate Sports Associates to facilitate research, focus groups, data collection and more to assist in the creation of a strategic plan for IPTAY. Of the four focus areas identified Branding, Communications & Marketing was grouped with key action steps to help move the entire IPTAY organization forward.
Within the Branding, Communications & Marketing group, the primary focus areas included: leveraging existing relationships within the University (athletics, business, alumni, etc.), create a culture of philanthropy, emphasize and educate donors on the mission of IPTAY (philanthropy), produce new and less traditional forms of marketing, create a unique brand strategy that reflects the modern era of IPTAY, develop a comprehensive communication plan, examine the monetization of IPTAY branding apparel and merchandise, create a campaign for awareness and leverage relationships with corporate donors and sponsors.
Many of the examples following will highlight new and existing forms of marketing in relation to the improvement aspects of the strategic plan.

There are many ways to join IPTAY and support Clemson student-athletes. Some of the ways to give include the Annual Fund, Major Gifts, Gift Planning, Block C Club, IPTAY YA! (Young Alumni), the Collegiate Club, Tiger Cubs/CATS and Golf Paws.
Each giving opportunity requires both digital and social collateral for solicitation purposes. Marketing collateral includes but not limited to: brochures, tri-fold booklets, newsletters, social graphics, one-page flyers, special event logos and more.

In continuation with the IPTAY strategic plan and the Clemson University rebrand, IPTAY updated the logos for IPTAY Young Alumni, IPTAY Collegiate Club, IPTAY Student Advisory Board (ISAB), IPTAY Cubs/CATs and Join IPTAY Today. The previous logos utilized FG Saga, a font that was retired in the University rebrand.

Establish the visual identity for three major solicitations throughout the fiscal year. Incorporate variable data and abide by U.S. postal regulations. Communicate with outsourced printer about packaged files, data merge and proofing.

IPTAY continues to expand its footprint in the digital and social space. The IPTAY twitter handle increased from 11,000 followers in FY19 to 13,700 in FY20. The Instagram account increased from 14,600 to 18,400. IPTAY acquired the @IPTAY handle for both Twitter and Instagram and created a Facebook page @IPTAYClemson with 1,600 likes.
